Why the two practices sit together

Accounting firms examine the numbers. Technology firms build the systems that produce them. Almost nobody does both, and the gap between them is expensive.

When an auditor finds a control weakness, the report usually ends there. Someone else, months later and at additional cost, is asked to fix it, often without ever seeing the audit file.

We do both halves. The people who identify a weakness understand what it takes to close it, and the people who build your systems understand what an auditor will ask of them twelve months later.

Qualifications

Engagements are led by professionals qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Audit work is performed to ICAG standards and audit reports are signed by an ICAG practising member. Tax work follows the Ghana Revenue Authority's framework.

Every engagement is governed by a written engagement letter that sets scope, fee, timeline and responsibilities before work begins.

Testing, preparation or development, with scheduled checkpoints rather than silence until delivery.

Report and handover

Findings, filings or a working system, plus the documentation your team needs to carry it forward.

What we will tell you honestly

  • If you do not need the engagement you are asking for, we will say so and tell you what you do need.
  • If the real problem is your process rather than your technology, automating it will make things worse, and we will say that too.
  • If something we built is not working, you will hear it from us first.
